Pitfield Homes (PH) is a trusted mother-and-son real estate team with more than 60 years of collective experience buying and selling some of Toronto’s most exquisite homes in the city’s most beloved neighbourhoods. The brand’s new identity showcases its deep-rooted expertise, embracing a classic timeless aesthetic that evokes the enduring values of traditional real estate, a reassuring presence in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing market.

The minimalist logo draws inspiration from overhead floor plans and the soft shadows cast by natural light through windows. Its open, fluid design invites the viewer to complete the letterforms, mirroring the creative process of envisioning one’s dream home. The visual identity is enhanced by a thoughtfully curated colour palette that balances refinement with warmth, and paired with striking, high-impact photography and an intuitive layout. The combination ensures an experience that is both luxurious and easy to navigate.
