
The Future is Creative

In 2021, the Toronto Metropolitan University Faculty of Communication and Design (FCAD) was renamed The Creative School, ushering in a new era while preserving a remarkable 75-year history. This transition was accompanied by a comprehensive awareness campaign that served two purposes: to introduce The Creative School’s new identity to a wide audience, and to establish it as the place where future creative leaders and changemakers are shaped through their unique cross-disciplinary approach to learning.
Dynamic photography and engaging typography are used to capture the energy, ingenuity and forward-looking nature that defines The Creative School. Strong visual elements convey the depth and diversity of the available programming and act as a visual tapestry, suggestive of the school’s collaborative and innovative environment.
